GamesCentral respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid takedown notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing the infringing content.

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notice to us with the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other specific location where it appears.
  • Your contact information (email address, phone number, and mailing address).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification including:

  • Your name, address, and signature.
  • The material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed in error.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.

We will review and, if appropriate, restore the content after confirming compliance.

3. Repeat Infringers

GamesCentral reserves the right to block or terminate access of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
